The Rineys - A Musical, Artistic and Cultural Irish Family
The Riney family home was always a musical place. From a young age all of the children were sent to singing and music lessons.
As they grew their singing talents were recognised at school and many of them took part in school musicals, choirs and solo performances. From there they also went on to sing with some of the most prestigious choirs in Dublin.
As they matured they became members of musical societies and operatic companies.

MARION
Megannety
is a very accomplished Vocalist with a Soprano Voice. She also has extensive Musical & Theatrical experience having performed in both Solo and Choral Roles, with a number of Societies including the Lyric Opera Company and the R & R Musical Society, Rathmines, Dublin.
DIARMAID
Ó Raghnaigh,
is the Lead Vocalist, has a superb Tenor Voice, with a very wide repertoire of Irish Traditional, Classical and Contemporary Music.
He has directed many Musicals and has played numerous roles with various societies.
Diarmaid started his musical career at a very young age with the Palestrina Boys Choir.
Diarmaid is also an excellent MC or “Fear an Ti” and a fluent Irish Speaker.
PAT
Riney ALCM,
is an Associate of the London College of Music. He is an accomplished Pianist and Musical Director, has a rich Baratone Voice, and also plays Keyboards.
He has a very wide repertoire of Popular, Contemporary, Classical and Irish Traditional Music. He has also been involved in the performance of a series of Operas with the Lyric Opera Company and a number of other Musical & Theatrical Societies.

GRAINNE
Riney
is an experienced Vocalist with a Contralto Voice. She has obtained a wide experience for both Musical & Theatrical Events in Ireland and the United States.
Grainne Riney has also performed in many of the popular Musicals.
